先程も述べたが、WindowsにはコマンドプロンプトやPowershellウインドウといったターミナルアプリケーションがすでに存在している。Windows Consoleとも呼ばれているそれらのアプリケーションは、Windowsが標準で持っているWindows APIを使って動作を実現している。
