そもそも、Pythonシェルとは何だろうか。Pythonをインストールすると一緒についてくる対話式実行環境のことだ。WindowsでPythonシェルを起動するには、スタートメニューから「Python3.x > IDLE」を実行するか、PowerShellを起動して「python3」とタイプすれば良い。
